Physical Delivery
Physical delivery will be done according to Dubai Good Delivery (DGD) Standards and London Good Delivery (LGD) Standards. Online customer can buy Gold, from our Online Bullion Store and request physical delivery by choosing the option at the time of checkout.
Platform user have option of physical redemption on platform by submitting a request of Gold Withdraw at Gold Wallet.
Open buy positions can be converted into physical gold cutting, Gold bars or coins, by redeem option. All or part of open buy position can be used for physical delivery of gold or other bullion, making/certificate and stamping charges will be applicable depending on brand and size of bullion bar.
Physical delivery is subject to 50 Kd / 1000 gms (MOCI stamping charges)
Swiss and Emirates Bars are subject to additional making charges
Delivery for outside customer can be managed through renowned courier companies. Delivery charges will be as per agreement between customer and Alfa Gold co. All transactions of precious metals are subject to the laws and regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Kuwait

. يمكن للعملاء عبر الإنترنت شراء الذهب من متجر
السبائك الإلكتروني الخاص بنا وطلب التسليم الفعلي باختيار هذا الخيار عند إتمام الشراء.
لدى مستخدم المنصة خيار الاسترداد المادي على المنصة عن طريق تقديم طلب سحب الذهب في المحفظة
الذهبية.
. يمكن تحويل المراكز الشرائية المفتوحة إلى قطع ذهبية أو سبائك أو عملات معدنية باستخدام خيار
الاسترداد. يمكن استخدام كامل المراكز الشرائية المفتوحة أو جزء منها للحصول على تسليم فعلي للذهب أو
السبائك الأخرى، مع تطبيق رسوم التصنيع/الشهادة والختم بناءً على العلامة التجارية وحجم السبيكة.
يخضع التوصيل المادي 50 د.ك / 1000 جرام (رسوم ختم وزارة التجارة والصناعة)
السبائك السويسرية وسبيكة الإمارات تخضع لرسوم تصنيع إضافية.
بالنسبة للعملاء خارج الكويت، يمكن ترتيب التسليم عبر شركات شحن معروفة. يتم تحديد رسوم التسليم
حسب الاتفاق بين العميل وشركة Alfa Gold. تخضع جميع معاملات المعادن الثمينة للقوانين واللوائح
الصادرة عن وزارة التجارة والصناعة في الكويت.
